This is an eye catching piece. My inspiration for painting Synergy was the notion that everything is greater than the sum of its parts. Nature is more than seeds and leaves, our lives are more than each tiny moment that passes. This painting is an expression of that sentiment. Comprised of a variety of shapes, colours and textures that are interesting on their own, the real pleasure is when they all come together as one. Then something new and exciting is born.
